Megan Thee Stallion new song Cobra has many fans in her corner after hearing some of the verses in the song. It seems like the wait is over when it comes to Megan getting back in her bag. Her new song, Cobra expressed many things that have been happening in her life such as her recent breakup with Pardi, which allegedly she shares that she caught him cheating in the place that she lays her head. Cobra represents the strength and self reliance one must have to stand firm in the challenges and obstacles that you might face. The title, the lyrics, plus the video is nothing but a masterpiece from Thee Stallion.
After Plan B,which dropped during the scandal between her and Tory Lanez, Megan dropped her album in August of 2022 that created a little tension between people deciding on whether the album was a bop or a flop. Regardless, Megan disappeared from the music scene throughout the trial and decided to focus on herself and her healing.
And now, it seems as though Megan is ready to shed out everything that has been happening around her and in her life. During the song, she spoke about missing her parents and not having anyone close to her that she is able to rely on. While mentioning that she can be this successful but still want to slit her wrists.
The video gives you a reason to shed anything negative that has been said, done or happened to you. Megan tells you in the beginning of the video that you will always have to shed from your past. This video is a release of honestly, what everyone has been asking themselves over the last couple of years since her trial with Tory.
Will we see a new transition of Megan Thee Stallion now that she has stepped into her own strength? We hope to see her continue to grow in her strength and release all of the negativity that she will continue to shed.
Have you seen the video? Did y’all see the egg hatch? Definitely excited to see what’s next.
