Although apart of the Bounty Killer led group Alliance, Jamaican break out Dancehall artist Iceberg is rising in ranks to make a name for himself. Inspired by day-to-day life, Iceberg’s music is crafted by new experiences and the people he meets. Gangster’s Paradise, a seventeen-track mixtape just dropped with a single entitled, “Swagga Like Mine.” It’s all about the party lifestyle and representing his daily grind. Music critic, Michael Bryant had this to say about Iceberg: “I just got a chance to listen to “Swagga Like Mine.”  If you are a fan of Dancehall and Hip-Hop then you may want to check this one out. Iceberg provides some nice deejaying over an infectious Hip-Hop inspired track. The song features Bill Blast who confidently raps a sweet sixteen during his cameo. This is the type of song that will inspire you to look your best and get you ready for a night of clubbing. It is also sure to get the ladies and gents moving on the dance floor.”

When he’s not penning his own lyrics, he’s writing songs for others artists such as Macka Diamond and working with Ovadose and Fancy Cat. He’s been writing songs since he was in high school, constantly honing his skill. “You never know when the next song will come,” he admits. Sometimes he can’t sleep because there’s a song in his head that has to come out. The writing process, sometimes fast—sometimes slow, lasting five minutes at times and hours on other occasions. There’s a raw passion about this young artist and you can see the determination in his eyes.

His fan base is growing. He performed at the Clarendon Jerk Festival in May Pen and the annual Fully Loaded Show in Portmore, a Summer party, which was well received by the crowd. He loves being on the stage and fueled by their energy. It’s an addicting stimulate—offers a high like no other. He wants to build the relationship with his fans. His goal is to keep them wanting more, so he continues to feed the need by producing more edgy mix-tapes, offering free downloads and uploading videos for his YouTube followers.
